Job Title: Software Developer - This position is not remot.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer to design, develop, and maintain software solutions that meet business needs. The ideal candidate will work closely with the business systems analysis team to gather and define requirements, independently write and debug code, and build new system modules while maintaining and enhancing existing applications. This role involves troubleshooting software issues, designing database structures, and creating technical specifications to ensure the stability and functionality of systems.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Work closely with the business systems analysis team to understand and define business requirements.
Work independently to write code and build new modules.
Maintain and enhance existing systems while ensuring stability of systems.
Troubleshoot and debug programs when software is not working as desired.
Write technical specifications for team members to code.
Design and build database tables and queries.
Collaborate with team on tools, logic code, interfaces and new directions.
Create prototypes per specifications and client feedback
Develop technical documentation and artifacts to accurately represent application design and code.
Contribute to definition of standards for coding, data and systems.
Participate in code reviews to contribute to consistency and quality across the development team.
Accurately estimate effort and time required to complete assignments.
Take lead in learning new technology and demonstrating new skills.
Perform other duties as required or assigned.
Minimum Qualifications Equivalent to five years of experience as an application developer and experience programming in C#, Javascript, REACT, .NET, SQL or related language.
