We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal, Personal Injury to join our client’s legal team. The Litigation Paralegal will provide essential support to attorneys in all stages of the litigation process, including document preparation, case file management, discovery, and trial preparation. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
The role is primarily office-based, requiring extended periods of sitting and computer use. Occasional travel to courts, client meetings, and trial sites may be required.

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal, Personal Injury to join our client’s legal team. The Litigation Paralegal will provide essential support to attorneys in all stages of the litigation process, including document preparation, case file management, discovery, and trial preparation. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys with case management, including organizing and maintaining files, pleadings, discovery materials, and correspondence.
- Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents such as complaints, motions, subpoenas, and discovery requests/responses.
- Coordinate and manage document production, including reviewing, indexing, and summarizing records.
- Assist in propounding and responding to discovery, including interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admissions.
- Manage court filings (electronic and physical) in compliance with court rules and deadlines.
- Conduct legal and factual research using legal research platforms and public records databases.
- Assist attorneys with deposition preparation, including organizing exhibits and summarizing depositions and witness interviews.
- Coordinate scheduling of depositions, mediations, hearings, and meetings with clients, witnesses, experts, and opposing counsel.
- Support trial preparation and attend trials as needed, including preparing trial binders and exhibits and assisting with courtroom logistics.
- Maintain calendar deadlines for litigation matters and track key case milestones.
- Communicate professionally with clients, courts, vendors, and opposing counsel.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred; Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program required.
- Minimum of 3 years of litigation paralegal experience (personal injury litigation experience is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of legal terminology, court procedures, and legal research methods.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and litigation support software (e-filing systems, document management platforms).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed to meet deadlines.
