Job Title: Mailroom Associate
Job Summary:
Position requires a moderate degree of interaction with other state employees at various organizational levels. Employees must be able to physically move in a production environment in carrying out daily work assignments as well as drive a motor vehicle to deliver mail.
Job Duties:

Sorting mail by reading the address and sorting it according to building, department, and division.
Work independently of direct supervision.
Prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
Operating a motor vehicle to deliver mail to state office buildings.
Loading mail into vehicle for delivery.
interacting with customers in a professional manner; walking, standing, sitting, bending, stretching, and carrying items.

Job Requirements:

Must effectively communicating orally, in writing and by telephone.
Following instructions
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must have valid driver's license and a clean driving record
