Job Title:  Litigation Paralegal

We are seeking a highly skilled Litigation Paralegal with over 10 years of personal injury experience and a proven track record in personal injury jury trials to join our client's exceptional team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist attorneys in all phases of personal injury litigation from inception through trial.
  • Conduct in-depth legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
  • Manage and organize complex case files and maintain meticulous documentation.
  • Coordinate and attend depositions, hearings, and trials, with a focus on personal injury cases.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and experts.
Qualifications:
  • Paralegal certification or equivalent extensive experience.
  • Minimum of 10 years of litigation paralegal experience, specifically in personal injury law.
  • Demonstrated experience in handling personal injury jury trials.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in legal research and case management software.
