Talantage is looking for an experienced Bi-Lingual Case Manager/Paralegal for our client’s personal injury law practice located in Buckhead.  The successful candidate should be well-organized, self-motivated, and attentive to detail.  Must be able to work independently, and effectively manage a voluminous case load from intake thru demand.  This is a temporary to permanent position.   Excellent pay for a highly experienced candidate.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze and research information/documents, and draft demand packages.
  • Communication with insurance adjusters, clients, attorney, treating facilities, etc.
  • Ensure a maintained and organized filing system for police reports, medical records/bills, employment records, etc.
  • Communicate with health insurance companies including private health insurance in order to obtain coverage and negotiate medical bills.
  • Develop effective working relations and cooperate with providers throughout the entire case management process, and law office support team and staff.
  • Review insurance policies; claims and other related documents to determine insurance coverage eligibility.
  • Communicate with insurance companies to secure policy information, acceptance of liability, and the like.
  • Identify and complete daily tasks related to the management of each case documenting notes in case management system.
  • Schedule and prepare clients for recorded statements, IME’s and other related appointments.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in personal injury litigation.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
  • Problem solving and ability to make sound decisions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
  • Experience with document management system
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced dead-line driven environment to achieve departmental and personal goals
