Job Title: Project Coordinator

Job Summary:

The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of community events, internal projects, and facility operations. This position ensures excellent customer service, smooth event management, accurate processing of invoices, and effective coordination of supplies and facility needs. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and passionate about community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries, providing friendly and responsive customer service to guests, staff, and vendors
•    Plan, coordinate, and support the execution of events and programs at the facility, ensuring alignment with community and organizational goals
•    Maintain the events calendar and assist with scheduling, setup, and breakdown of events
•    Coordinate walkthroughs with event organizers and ensure all logistics are communicated and executed efficiently
•    Manage vendor communications and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner
•    Track and report event expenses, supply needs, and other operational data
•    Maintain an organized inventory of office and event supplies; reorder materials as needed
•    Support marketing and communication for events and services
•    Ensure public areas are clean, stocked, and ready for daily operations and events
•    Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to support initiatives
•    Assist with general administrative tasks and documentation related to events and operations

Qualifications:
•    Associate’s degree or higher in Business, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field preferred
•    Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, event coordination, or project support
•    Strong organizational and time-management skills with a high attention to detail
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
•    Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite and event management tools
•    Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends
